These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and six6ss governing your access to and use of Bangladesh's premier Black Diamond VIP online casino and sports betting platform. BDT Wallet Only
All six6ss accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard are converted and credited to the BDT wallet. six6ss does not maintain foreign-currency accounts for Bangladesh-registered players.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus credits issued by six6ss are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real funds. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

Intellectual Property

Account Registration

One Account per Player

All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances consolidated or forfeited at six6ss's discretion.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your six6ss login credentials with any other person. six6ss accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your disclosure of credentials. Player Eligibility

Age Restriction & Verification
six6ss operates a strict 18+ age policy across all account access, all game categories, and all sports betting markets. Players must be aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and must remain 18 or above throughout their use of the platform. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of their VIP tier, deposit history, or length of membership.

Verification Process

Underage Account Closure
Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the six6ss account from which the withdrawal is being requested.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

General Bonus Conditions

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be subject to account closure.
VIP Programme Rewards
Rewards earned through the Black Diamond VIP programme — including cashback credits, tier bonuses, and personal manager-arranged promotional credits — are subject to the same general bonus conditions above unless otherwise stated in the individual reward confirmation communicated by your account manager or via the VIP rewards dashboard.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the six6ss platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with applicable law at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered six6ss players.
You Agree To
- Provide and maintain accurate, current personal information on your six6ss account at all times.

Zero Tolerance: six6ss operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and money laundering. Any account found engaging in these activities will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to law enforcement authorities where legally required.
Account Suspension & Closure
six6ss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent or criminal activity has taken place, that the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity, or that account closure is required to fulfil a responsible gaming obligation.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
- Detection of duplicate account registration.
- Suspicion of fraudulent deposit or withdrawal activity.
- Use of prohibited software or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
- Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Voluntary Account Closure

Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for 24 consecutive months. six6ss will notify the account holder via their registered email address 30 days before applying a monthly administration fee to the dormant balance. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of administration fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6ss and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
Platform Errors
In the event of a manifest error — including a software malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, an incorrect odds display, or an erroneous balance adjustment — six6ss reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to the state they were in immediately before the error occurred. No player shall be entitled to retain winnings derived from a manifest error, regardless of whether the error was apparent at the time the bet was placed.
Third-Party Services
